Attached are photos showing one of our toro subsurface irrigation systems. Photo 1 shows water after 5 mins of running. photo 2 shows water after 45 mins. The difference in time was because photos 2 area has the subsurface irrigation at a depth of 8 inches, see photo #3. Photo 4 has an elasped time of 20 mins, and the area is completely covered. Photo 5 is just showing the area with newly installed sod. The depth of pipe in photo 1 is only 2 inches down. We went back to the other area(photo 2) and removed soil to bring the depth to 4 inches. We wanted he depth to be between 3 to 5 inches inches topsoil from the sod. Overall the sytem worked perfectly.
