Neighbor of a customer wants to add a driveway, currently only street parking. I think the space is too small and he needs to just put a regular 2 car wide driveway. maybe add a little curve to give it some shape and curb appeal.

the house is about 18' off the curb at the closest point, but i may be able to slide the driveway to the side further to make it work, property width is not an issue. currently drawing it up in RL Pro.

Just looking for suggested radius of inner and outer curve. from what i found elsewhere in online searches I found 15' and 30' for inner and outer curve. any first hand experience would be appreciated, thanks guys

Friend of mine did one and I think it was those measurements or slightly larger.

he has a small benz but obviously people change cars. with the walk and walls thats there now its not feasible to hop the curb in the truck and try it out

That small, Lay out by your eye and see what looks the best .... people spuing measurements out are meaningless.

What are you talking about? If asked for a minimum width for a walkway or depth of a landing i could throw out some guidelines. Thats all I'm looking for

Simple, google the type of car she has and its turning radius.

    Found this.
But like I said, he's not going to have the same car forever. I was assuming someone here had made a circle drive and subsequently driven on it. And that person could provide a simple measurement and opinion.

Never fear, I shall map this unchartered course

My last hope lies in the devious one.
