Anyone have a solution for killing weeds that are growing in landscape beds. The weeds are tangled in the plants. Its like crabgrass growing in small boxwoods. We plan on using snapshot to control new grow, but the old growth is still there. Its at a commercial site.

You might want to try casoron, it has a nice label but you must be careful too, it's a very hot product.

'Like crabgrass growing in boxwod". What do you mean? Too early for crabgrass, but it could be quackgrass or something else. Try to get a positive indentification first. If it is a weedy grass growing in a broadleaf shrub--there may be a solution--like Fulsilade, or one of the grass killers.

Discuss this with your chemical dealer.

Sethoxydim is a good narrowleaf selective too.

I have found that a product called "Over the Top" works very well, pretty cheap too, if you are going to be using alot of it.
