How much are you looking to spend? There's a big range in prices depending on the brand or where you buy them.

I have the PS-200 sulky, work great.
TrimmerTraps' Bull Rider has the nice feature of being dual purpose.
It can be used in swivel or fixed mode.
Plus it mounts at two seperate points on the back of the mower, whereas some mount at one single point.
The two seperate mounting points help to spread out the forces put on the mounts, reducing chances of cracks or bends.
