sun light and tea??

    can i brew it in sunlight???shade??garage???what do you guys do???what conditions do you brew in????thanks

    I wouldn't brew tea in direct sunlight. It could increase temps and most microbes don't like sunlight, it kills them (except for phototrophic bacteria). It's recommended you apply tea in the early morning and late afternoon/early evening to avoid the full sunlight. We brew in our shop area with no direct sunlight.
