    Will they also acquire Imprelis:)

Is this the beginning of exit stage right for DuPont's line of turf products?

Good question. I read this article yesterday and was wondering the same thing, and I just wondering how the Corporate attorneys will work that part of the deal. Something tells me there is some protection build in some where.

DuPont Professional Products is on the way out. It never was that big of a part of the company anyway. They will still continue to use the active's of the products they sold to Syngenta for the Crop Protection division. Mike McDermott, the business leader of Professional Products has been terminated as have some of the other higher-ups in that division.
Interestingly, DuPont also sold their Automotive Finishes division to an investment firm for 4.9 billion the next day. They need cash. Guess why?
