Whats a good price for a lawn to be irrigated with Toro equipment that has about 12,500 sq. ft. grass. The installation is your typical subdivision, retangular lot with no special tunneling under sidewalks. The installtion is very straight forward. Price includes beds and rain sensor.

I'm subcontracting this out and the price seems a little out of line!

how many zones , heads , type of soil , water pressure , etc. Rough Idea 6 zones about 3400 to 3900 . I am guessing here , since you are subbing this out, you want to mark this up . I get similar reactions from landscapers that want me to sub , but its for 1 or 2 systems , they want to mark up the bid 25 to 40 percent. I have to explain to them that maybe add 200 dollars to my price to stay competative , if that much.
Until a landscaper is feeding me 2 systems a month , he is basically getting the same price as the homeowner .

    Hey MD Irrigation.

Im located in Annapolis. Im looking for direction to find training on how to install sprinkler systems? Community college classes and find a company to apprentice with to learn the business. I currently just offer maintenance services.

Also , Is there any other licenses you must obtain in MD other than MHIC lic?
