    Hi everyone,

    We are a company with two crews (one maint. and one install) How do those of you that have 7-15 employees manage all of the logistics and administrative work that goes with it.

    It can be dangerous to become too top heavy (overhead) by spreading these cost over 2-3 crews, compared to companies with 5-10.

    Right know, I find that there is just not enough time in a day. The work is getting done, but when the trucks come in at 6 or 7 at night, no one wants to wash them. Then they go out at 7 am, and no one wants to come in early when they worked late.

    My guys are not real lazy, but they need a break. How do you guys keep up with all of the extras like phones, paper work, etc. I know that at one point, an office with a person to do admin work will be needed, but when did you guys make the jump?
