Take a peak at my contract

    yes. but typicialy i'm already in the area doing other lawns. this only happens for a couple weeks when the end of the season approaches

    "per occurrence" refers to how its billed.

    billed monthly, seasonally or billed per mow.

    I refuse to provide bi-weekly service, but if I know a client wants bi-weekly, and i feel the growth wont be over bearing the following week, I will let it go a week. It allows me to mow weekly while the grass is growing, but back off for the customers budget when the growth allows.

    It has sold me many of customers to weekly service, when theyre looking for biweekly. My routes arent spread all over, and I generally know when I can skip lawns, and wont even drive to them.

    Another approach I take, for non watered lawns (I dont have many that dont have systems) I will still stop, do a small service equal to the mowing time, and blow off, and still charge.



    Sorry to hijack you thread Bird. I think your contract looks a bit cluttered. I specialize in HiEnd resi work, and my contract is alot like yours, but a bit more refined.

    I do the same for all my customers. but some of mine are pretty insistent that they do not want anything more than bi weekly. i need the work so i deal with it.

    I agree with the others the terms/conditions should be on the back side. Also I think the services should be more structured and not all over the place.

    hard to structure them like that without moving them to the other side. tryin to keep them on one side. has a nice folding effect with logos and advertisements on the other side. but let me see what i can. wish i had a little more room

    Just create a second page so it gives you more space for your services. Instead of folding it just have straight pages.

    I can get more room if i do not do the folding page thing. tho. i did kinda like the try fold.

    but if i do 1 full page un folded. the format will be the same. ill jsut be able to put things on individual lines. do you think that will be better?
