We have been contacted to help out with a lawn that has been taken over. The lawn is only a year old or so, last year it looked pretty good, this year it is a clover field with hardly any grass. What is the best way to get rid of them and get grass growing again ? The 3 clover leaves are about 2" in dia.they are huge. I'm afraid that if we do a weed & feed... the weeds will die with no grass to fill in, and then if we put seed down it won't grow because of the weed killer ??? Help please...

We looked at it and it's actually Black Medic (Medicago lupulina) ... What is the best way to redo this lawn ? Is the only possible way kill it all and start over ?
