No pictures, but we fire zone 1 and i see rotors and sprays come up all @ once...The Rotors were all spaced 40 feet apart with the smallest spray pattern a PgP will allow...The sprays were the original 570 Jammed up against hardscapes...

I say to myself, sweet only 15 more zones to go..Other highlights include as follows:

1.pgp's/600's on the neighbors property with 2 hr's on them
2.pgp's in front yard that would not come 1 inch above the turf while running
3.12 H old 570's that seemed to just spray 4 feet on to the road for 100 ft
4.between me and my partner we replaced 10 old pop ups.
5.Mice in the rear valve box (no zone 15) that chewed the copper

    I could go on but I wont...Its a nightmare...
    Had to blog....

    Thanks.

    If i made a % of the work i would...but I dont....

I just get the bare bones going...its up to the Landscaper if he wants us to go any further...Its a new account so we don't know if the people "pay".

still a bunch of pops and 2 hrs 2 men is going to start off a nice overhaul bill..

we had the same thing last year. contractor turned on the water in the middle of winter. busted every single main line on the building. time and material ended up being almost 16k on all of his buildings

Give an honest estimate on he time it will take to repair and ask for 40% upfront to cover the parts. If they pay that then they will pay the remainning balance.
If its a landscaper you are sub-contracting from then get 75% up front.
