    6. Is your truck covered by a commercial or personal policy? Commercial
    7. Do you charge by-the-cut or monthly all year? Cut
    8. Do you have a minimum? Yes, if not Free
    9. What is your cheapest lawn? $25 if not Free
    10. What is you largest $$ lawn? $160
    11. Are you a member of any professional associations? No, but I associate with members of the Best Group Of Professional Lawn Guys here on Lawnsite :)
    12. Are you certified in any grounds management programs? No

    $25 minimum- otherwise I don't bother
    $15 for older lady I've had for years
    $175 for lawn & back field at one place
    no; never helped me get any biz, so dropped it. If I want info I look it up on the net or get a book- I do consider this forum a professional association :)

    Im surprised at the number who have personal insurance on their trucks-this is almost the same as having no insurance at all, when going from route to route. For myself, the commercial policy was also less money when I started up.

    Wow, Bill I agree. Having personal insurance on your truck is a no-no, if your trailer were to break loose and you loose all your equipment your SOL. Also, if it or something fall off your trailer or truck and strikes another car/truck you again are SOL. Having your truck under a commercial policy is not much more $$ and is a write off.

    I may not have made it clear on the first post above, I was not really looking to take the survey here, now, I was looking for ideas and suggestions on what to put on the survey. I posted some of the questions I had thought up, but I was looking for your ideas also.

    So, if you have any ideas to put on a survey please share them here, I will do the survey later.

    Ray, would commercial vehicle insurance be written by your insurance(vehicle) or your liability ins. carrier?
