I have a company that has grown from 12 customers when i first found this site, to 110 weekly customers with landscaping extras. How do the big guys go from this point that i am at to the big times? I am talking 1000 lawns and multiple trucks and employees? Sometimes you see these companies just come out of no where. Im experiencing great growth about 100 percent a year but still im no big time. What am i missing?

Youve grown ten-fold in 2 years and are wondering what you are doing wrong?

Growing 10 fold in 2 yrs is not hard. growing 10 fold in 2 yrs with quality customers is next to impossable :blob4: Plus no mention of net income was discussed. 100 extra customers netting only an extra 20 k a yr is not worth 2 extra customers netting the same

What you are missing is bankroll and a system to handle that kind of volume.

You can personally manage 100 accts. Good luck handling 1000 without some competent managerial help.

Quality employees who can be handed keys and directions are the other thing your missing. If you find a few like that, adopt them.

What exactly are these 100 accounts? Mobile home parks, home owner associations? Curious what your average charge per yard.

Ten to 100 isn't easy but 100 to 200 will be a lot harder. You will need to have an accounting/billing system that is professional. You could benefit from some work/routing programs to handle scheduling. You will need to look at someone for maintenance, someone to chase customer, etc. etc.
