Just went to a retirement community complex and took 3 (so far) clients that were with a lowballer last year. I know I bid them low but man these guys were way low. About 5000 sqft turf small beds real lite trimming figured 1/2 hr tops got 3 yards all in a row bid $20 ea. Lowballers did them for $12 last year very shotty work, mowed each week weather needed or not, left clipping clumps all over yard, tore up the siding on one house with trimmer.

Hour and half of work for $60 with a single stop doesn't sound to bad... better then having more drive time. Work on getting more of those to really make it worth your while.
