My uncle started our company 4 years ago as a relly small side job. I am marketing and expanding our company this season. He is still fronting the equipment and insurance costs, but wants out. What's the best business split here? Any input is welcomed.;)

That is a tough one. Basically, your uncle is covering the business expenses and you are putting in sweat equity? Your uncle has obviously put a lot into the company over the past four years. How soon does he want out? There are many ways to arrange a buyout plan. Are there reasons behind him covering the equipment and insurances etc.?
