Back to my favorite fall routines. Breakfast on the grill on my back pool deck. Growth is way down, very little trimming, high spot mowing. Guys got a leisurely 40 hours this week. Lot of leaves and acorns this year, messy crap. Today is my birthday, 46 ugh. I feel 30ish so I guess its not all bad. Wife got me a full Echo Pas 230 set up for the house and a PB500 bp blower. It was getting to be a pain bringing pieces home every week. I think she wanted new stuff to play with. Maybe Santa will bring me a new DC Excalibur. All in all its was a great season inspite of the record heat indexes nobody died. Lots of new ideas rattling around in my head. Wife and I have the plans for the new addition done. Hope everybody is going great and has a bright outlook forn 2014.

Happy birthday patriot! Thank God the season has come to an end!!.! This has been a long summer! I've been mowing since I was like 10 and I'm 35 now and this has been one of the longest and hottest summers I can remember.

Thanks guys. I know the heat weeded out a bunch of the posers this year. Every other call was for someone whose guy just stopped showing up. You just gotta know how to survive. I didn't lose a single guy this season.

Yep, do the job or sit at home on the couch.

BTW Bully Dawg has created a tuner for the Tundras and most other Toyotas. They will make more power than the other big 3 now. Ours continue to impress us. They will hold they're own with any 3/4 ton out there. I upgraded the brakes to EBC for longevity.

I'm doing the hat, cold water and cahones. I've tried the long sleeves and the pants and it just about kills me.

I love my Tundra! It's a 2000 and I've upgraded/changed a few things, but I'd take it over the big three any day!

  10. i ran short sleeves my first 4 years...long sleeve is better cause it keeps the sun off plus it retains sweat keeping you cooler.. pants are a must for me.
