Target list for postcards

    I have postcards being printed as we speak. I have 1,000 going out each month from Feb-April.
    How did you guys target your mailing list? I was thinking the 3 surrounding zipcodes with household value of 250k+. which is higher end housing in this area. Also did you guys send each mailing to the same addresses or did you change them each mailout.

    It's recommended that you hit the same person at least 3x. I did mine by zip and household incom. A guy post on here that he had trouble getting in the high end market. he suggest trying the home value range of (I think it was) $130K-$180K. Personally I would rather do March, April and May. I get calls starting about the 3rd week of March to the second week of May. National average for postcard response is 2.6%, not industry specific.
