tax info in the state of ga

    i'm registered as a sole propietor and before the season kicks in i would like to know some info on taxes in my state. when do i pay, what do i need to show, save,

    You will still be taxed at your individual rate. The only difference as a sole proprietor is that your business income and expenses will be handled on a Schedule C. You will probably want to go ahead and start paying both federal and state tax estimates if you haven't already done so. This will eliminate possible penalties and also you having to pay such a big liability at the end fo the year. The estimates are due quarterly beginning in April 15th. I would advise talking to your tax preparer to be on the safe side.
