What would be a good percent to hold for taxes for each account. Lets say my accounts pay $120 pr month; how much of that should I pay toward taxes? I plan on only have 25-30 accounts, should I get a CPA or a tax software to do my taxes?

Definitely, without a doubt, absolutely get a good accountant. They are worth every penny and come tax time, they will save you $ if they are any good.
