Taxes

    Should I be charging taxes on the monthly invoice?

    Need to word your question better. Do you have to charge sales tax for services in FL? No.

    no taxes on labor.

    Well this all depends on you, I have a set of records that show my accounts as normal and then a set of records that I turn in if you know what I mean. Make sure the records you turn in match on everything, if I write down mileage for a job I also turn that job in, you need to make sure your jobs, mileage, fuel etc. all add up. I normally keep my normal records and at the end of the year redo a daily planner to make everything coincide.
