What kind of additive are you running? I was having the same problem with my bobcat freezing up no matter how much power service or 911 I ran in it so I tried some ISO HEET in the red bottle and after the very first tank I ran it never froze up again and we have had -14 degrees so I know it works

Do you operate your ASV in a heavy excavation environment or just finish grading, landscape, and snow removal ?

I do understand the uncomfortable ride...............if you are use to a soft bottom machine.............a hard bottom unit will rattle your teeth :)

Worked on Asv's for last 8 years. They finally got it right when they came out with PT100. Then The Pt100g came out with multiple electrical problems. Its a fly by wire machine. So many mods to do its ridiculous. We started selling kubota SVL for construction work and people love them. The under carriage is great. Better designed, stronger and RELIABLE. I've seen svl's with 1000 plus hours with not a single warranty claime. Asv's do have better ground pressure ratings, and Smoother ride. Always doing warranty work on Pt100g. Asv's controls have always been very sluggish to me. There was a mod for rc models at one time to help fix problem.
