The problem with this is that the unlicensed hack doesnt keep up with regs, so they will never know about the new law.
What the TCEQ needs to do is make it easier for LI's to turn in people that are selling systems without a license.
Citizens arrest. You don't need the ttia/tceq to enforce this law. Get with your local police.

Bring something like this to my State... or at least some decent rules that will get the hacks the hell out.
i have ab1881 and title certs, doesn't mean that it does me onebit of good since nobody cares. cities and state could care less, h.o.'s look at the bottom line.
i'm all for the betterment of society but, our lawmakers suck large pipe.
