Hahahahaha no lie there!
installing a new lawn at this house next week!
Is this an installation on a site without irrigation? Funny how people let things go then suddenly go for it.
No, irrigation... So no warranty from me! Hope he keeps on his word to water...
Well I wouldn't lay the sod until it comes in green....we no longer do yards without irrigation.
He will be good at watering. Hes retired and home all day. Hes ready for a nice good lawn.
it looks like in the first couple of pics the mulch is 4" below the brick line which is the recommended amount for residential in our area, the wheep holes are still 4" above grade. Lettering looks good
Why thank you sir. I love it. Yes sir, first job i ever did i covered up the bricks and heard about it from the homeowner. Have always made note of that little detail from then on.
Well guys, looks like my assault on lawn maintenance is coming to an end. I have the business up for sale. Going to focus more on my haul business, lighitng, acreage mowing and dirt work. Going to invest in a bobcat with mower attachment. We shall see how it goes!
