Is a TDA floral cert. needed for just lawn maintainance since you are not landscaping, selling or planting bushes or flowers?

The main reason to get this so you can buy plants at wholesale. Most of the guys wount' sell to you period without it. Getting the certificate was pretty easy they sent a guy to my house to inspect some plant that I had installed. I just showed him some I had done at my own house. He was a good ole boy so I got along with him.

The main reason you would get this certificate is to buy plants wholesale but the other reason is that it is required if you are obtaining a TDA fertilizer applicators license. There is no test for it, it just costs you money.
