The grass has been growing like crazy in my area and I'm looking to upgrade my mower. Right now I do about 10 yards every weekend with a little 21" John Deere. I want to get a 36" commercial walk benind with a sulky to get the work done much quicker. What can I get for around $1400?? I know I will have to buy used, but still want a dependable machine that stripes well. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! What should I buy?????

Get a bobcat with a kawasaki. It will cut it all down for sure.

I to am growing weary of the mere 21" 5 horse, but the ExMark Hydro I have my eye on is 5K

just about any commercial mower is good especially in the 36" range...you should be able to get a preety nice belt drive for the $...or a pretty run down hydro... imo go with the belt and get a less used machine
