I used a bush hog and tractor and a brush cutter blade on the trimmer. The string wouldnt hardly touch it. It was just about all johnson grass. It took about an 1.75 hours to do front and back by myself and charged $120. for it.

So far just once. If no body buys it I will have to cut it again.

Thats the problem I have ran into working for realtors. They seem to let it get out of hand before it gets done and if it doesn't sell it will be that way again before they let you know. Most of the time, if they don't have someone to do it , THERE'S A REASON.

I don't touch jobs like that - I'd feel compeled to purchase a bobcat field mower, or backtold (spg) mower. Then I' look for that work to pay for those machines. No thanx. I guess I'm too much of a prude w/ high end residentials.
