It's pouring outside its supposed to rain 6 days straight here
Damn...6 days of rain is no good, on plus side you know some leaves are going to be down.
I know I'm Upping the price after this rain storm.. And people will pay it...
A friend of mine has a leaf plow and although it seems great for pushing the piles, it seems to really compact them sometimes, to the point that it's then hard to pick them up. They have to have a guy breaking up the piles or it chokes their loader...granted it's a smaller 16hp unit.
When I have someone helping me I cut and vac the lawn with my Walker and then dump them in a straight line out by the road......then we just drive down the pile and vaccum it up. When I am by myself, I vac and mulch it up with the Walker and make one huge pile and push it in with the Walker lol I'm so lazy. Mulching it up first works for me, less trips to dump when the truck gets full.
Grasshopper, how much was the commercial vac?
Well guys, I am off to bid another job and tackle my nightmare, check in with you fellas later.
I don't have any problems just pushing the piles with the exmark.. Then I go back over one pass with little wonder and boom it's all gone... And ferris worked out a deal with some extra equipment I had... I think he wanted between 4 and 5
The leaf monster is on idle with all this dam rain.. I have so many jobs lined up and now I'm soon behind...
Me to, I had to put off that cemetery cause of high winds and it's not looking like I will be back out until thursday. The list is at 15 with the cemetery, I may have to find p/t help.
Is the logo of the Monster Energy Drink duplicated on your truck? Or, just similar?
If the same, what path did you take to get permission to use? I'm just curious how the process works.
