Why Hustler decided to go gear WB? The market is already saturated with good used WB for sale from other brands. I am kind a surprised...

Our dealers and end user's asked for it.
Our dealers did not have a entry level gear drive Hustler WB to sell till now.

Ok, I am pretty sure I know the answer to my question, but I'll go ahead and make myself feel worse for not knowing for sure. These are fixed deck mowers so you cannot adjust the mowing height, right? If the height can be changed, how? I see some spacers on the casters.

There are blade spacers above each blade, which allows you to adjust the cut up and down.
There are caster spacers that do this also, along with adjust the pitch of the deck.
Then.... the rear of the deck is adjustable by bolts to the frame, for a broader cutting height range.

Ok, thanks for the info, is there any chance that the manual for this WB shows steps or pictures of the cut height changing process? If so, how can I obtain that info?

I am sure the manual does.
I do not have a electronic copy yet, I hope to soon, then I could e-mail it to you.

    We no longer offer them.
    Although...
There may still be some in dealer stock in various parts of the country.

As I recall, Hustler had Encore building these for them. If you just have to have one, and can not find a leftover Hustler, just buy an Encore, 2 cans of Hustler yellow spray paint, some decals, and there you go. you are all set.:laugh:
