I don't think illegals do lawns in Pittsburgh.
Pretty sure they stick to construction.
Same here in Cincy. They all do roofing.

Great marketing approach that we have used many years successfully.... door hangers in neighborhoods we want to target....usually say something like:
Current lawn guy not showing up?
Doesn't do things the right way?
Always leaves a mess behind?
Hard to contact?
Not sure if he is insured?
Call us today to get your lawn and landscape back on track.
Wording isn't exactly what we use, but you get the idea..... I always tell people that some of the very best times to market is when things are super busy. The weather makes it hard for people who are unorganized to get things done and done the right way and it leaves the door wide open for you.
