    60" Toro Z-Master
    44" LT 2500 Dixie
    36" Quick Samurai
    2 Stihl BR600s
    2 Stihl Trimmers
    1 Stihl Edger
1 Solo Backpack Sprayer w/Roundup/Barricade Tank Mix

At least that is what I carry on my trailer for those properties. The real question is what do you carry on your trailer for the postage stamp 1/4 acre lots and what size trailer. I was thinking a 10-12 footer will do. I am looking to have a trailer set up for that type of route by March. I was thinking:

44" Quick ( if it is out by then)
2 21" Toro Commercial Personal Pace
    1 BR600
    2 Stihl Trimmers
    1 Stihl Edger
    1 Solo Backpack Sprayer

    3) (1) Quick 36"

Two of my mowing crews run identical set ups:
    (1) 48" Hydro walk behind
    (2) 48" Walker GHS
    (3) 21" Lawnboy
    (3) String trimmer(on Trimmer Trap racks)
    (1) Back pack blower(on Trimmer Trap racks)
    (1) Hand held blower(on Trimmer Trap racks)
Misc. hand tools and fuel cans(on custom racks)

This all fits comfortably on a 18' trailer( i know you were looking at a 16') This set up has worked well for me...we can switch out the 48" hydro and 2 lawnboys in order to add a 60" Toro rider. I just recieved a new 20' trailer to put in service in 2007, it will allow me haul 3 Walkers instead of just two and a walk behind. That's my two cents worth.

Daner, Walkers fit a wide variety of properties. Put a midmount with them and you have it made for a lot of properties all season long.
I wonder how many guys here actually have a walker?

I am amazed about how many people are hauling around multiple pieces of equipment for these small size lawns. Is the reason you drive a long distance and you are concerned about the reliability of your equipment?
