    what can you do when you discover the P.O. failed to deliver your
    direct mail?

    I was told,there isnt a way to track bulk mail delivery.

    Hmm that's a good one, I would definitely go there and ask why it wasn't done.

    - If they lost your advertising, say you had 5k fliers, then I would expect them to repay them, if its their fault.

    How do you know it wasn't delivered? It is true you can't track it. But you should mail one to yourself to get an idea.

    How many pieces did you mail?

    Is it "Standard" mail or first class? When you say bulk I assume "standard."

    You do know that even though they claim 10 day delivery there is not guarantee. My standard mail has taken up to 3 weeks sometimes.

    Did you put a return address on the cards?

    I can understand your frustration, I was PI$$ED the first time i did "standard" mail and it took that long.

    I think your mail will get there.

    17 thousand 5.5 x 8.5 postcards were mailed,but not all were delivered.
    some of my family and friends,and current customers never received them.
    I am not sure of the mail class the add agency used.
  7. check the mail mans trunk, probably still there.
