    Yea i learned to mow on a big commercial account when i first started to mow, it was like 40 acres of fields that needed mowing, So im used to mowing really long lines in big fields.

    Wish i could find a guy who's worth a sh1t, I have fired 3 guys in 2 weeks.

    Yeah good help is hard to find, why did you fire them not working hard enough or because of mistakes? I end up getting more upset with some one who has skills and is lazy then I do at some one who has no clue but gives it 100%.

    first one said he had 8 months experience working with another landscaper but coulden't start a push mower, i fired him before lunch time because he was worthless.

    last guy also said he had experience and showed alittle promise, I worked him for 5 days and everyday he got worse and worse, i had to remind him 200 times a day to use safety glasses while trimming, had to keep pointing out stuff he was missing, He was always on the phone, and the straw that broke my back and made me snap was he gave up basically mid way through string trimming a graveyard we mow, and just acted like it was all done when he maybe trimmed 25 percent of the place.

    That would drive me nuts too, how have you been finding your help an ad in the paper ?

    And a new lawn we just put in a few weeks ago, we slice seeded the crap out of it, I wish i had a few before pics it was all dirt and some weeds.

    Goldpro: what would be your biggest tip on how to keep your lines that straight? I have a har time keeping em straight with my Bad Boy ZT

    ill quit my family business and come work for you hahaha lol. you probably wont want a 16 year old.
