    Yea its an 8 month contract that includes the mowing,spring clean-up,Fall clean-up,and trimming the bushes once a year. your right on point with your pricing so far.

    For winter we signed a seperate 4 month contract with a per push price.

    Forgot to post the finished pic after it was all double cut.

    I really like properties that having rolling hills I think they nice once they are cut and all manicured like a golf course.

    Yea i agree, i have a few lawns that are rolling and always look good when they are striped nice.

    One i mowed today, It rained all weekend and the lawn was completely soaked.

    Your tires made some deep divots. Stripes look nice, however you screwed up the turf.

    Lol the turf is fine it will come back up when it dries but that is why u alternate your pattern. If he was to only cut it one way all year yes it would be screwed up
