    thats a real neat house....its interesting how its landscaped with all that mulch on the outside, is it a pain in the ass to cut? lol

    just curious how those exmarks do on bumpy yards. Do you have a suspension seat?

    Not sure if someone has already asked you that. Sorry if I missed it

    The pics don't really show it too well because i took the pic from up high in another yard across the street that i mow, but the landscape bed closest to the road has a pretty good pitch to it down to the road. so im assuming they added the beds to eliminate having to mow the hill.

    The older Exmark does not have a suspension seat it rides pretty rough, the new lazer's seat rides on a platform with rubber springs, so its better on the bumps.

    That's a strange effect on that picture, Almost looks like a rendering!

    lol i know my camera phone makes pics look super bright all the time.
