    How many guys are on a crew for you? Do you not find yourself at a disadvantage of not having a crew cab? I

    Finishing up some final welding on the frame before we coat it in por15, Those ears were on the outside of the frame rails, we cut em off and welded em to the top of the frame rails to make the front supports for the flatbed.

    Sanded/wire wheeled the frame then cleaned it all off with prepsol, then brushed it on.

    Stupid question, but did you hit under the cab frame portion with por15? Was that part much more of a pita?

    If you have a compressor just grab a harbor freight paint gun and go to town. Can be tricky with the gravity feed guns but they have some ones around 80-100$ that are bottom feeders that would do good upside down.

    Thanks guys, we haven't really messed with the rest of the frame yet, we will when it gets back from the body shop tho, we're just trying to get the rear of the truck squared away right now.
