Think I got decieved, help please

    I think my local simplicty dealer decieved me. i bought a new broadmoor in January, they told me that it was a 2006 model. but i just went onto simplicity's website and it states that all 2006 simplicity broadmoors have 12V outlets, mine does not. i paid the full price of a new 2006 broadmoor. if they really did sell me a 2005 at full price, what do i do?

    Ditto...But be damn certain without a doubt that you got screwed first. I would check with other dealers with your model #.

    check your serial number. some companies code them to the date built, or call the mfg with the serial they could tell you everything.

    thanks for the replies, i think yomorrow i will call simplicity directly. my serial number is 496. model number is 1694629

    does anyone have the phone number for simplicity can't find it on their website. they won't respond to my e-mails
