I have been charging an initial fee that covers up to 45 minutes and anything after that is charged by the hour.

How do y'all charge for service calls/repairs?

    Thanks

We're by the hr, with a 1hr min, Even if we're there only 25 min.

Billing in 30 min increments after the 1st hr.

Service call fee covers the first half hour.
After that, we bill in 10 minute increments. Hindsite does a great job of setting up what increments we want to charge.

Anybody charge by the repair? There is a company in our area that charges xxx.xx for 1" valve replacement, etc.

I guess that could add up when you have to replace them all.

Okay, wiseguy, it happens that those valves are individually replaceable :nono:

A video would be better, but might be too long.

What can I say. I've been waiting for one of those Richdel-design valve bodies to crack and need replacing, since before there was disco music.

    (obligatory knock-wood) :hammerhead:
