Wanted to know how much could I sell a commercial account for? Its a 3 year contract maintenance $19,000 a year to mow weekly winter mow once. Sometimes pinestraw about 400 bales sometimes flowers.

You can't sell it without letting the client know first, as most commercial properties require that you list them as an additional insured on your insurance, and most (not all) contracts will not carry over if the business changes hands. Depends how the client handles legalities.

So is it real hard to sell a contract? I have never sold one before.
