    Hi everyone,
I am currently in college and have less time for mowing in early spring and late fall as my BBA is progressing. That being said for next year I'm planning to hire a foreman for the WHOLE season (28 weeks). I'd still do the administration/marketing part of the business.

My weekly route takes about 40 man hours a week (80 yards) and there is another 20 to 40 man hours to add for clean up, light landscaping and various services I offer to customers.
Currently I run with 2 helpers and work between 25-35 hours a week (fall clean up).

I think focusing on the administration and marketing aspect of business would help my business grow. I'm planning to get 30 to 40 more customers next year.

I'd like to have your opinion about it, especially if you already went through it.
Was it hard to find a good foreman?
    Was he reliable?
Did you notice more break with your equipment?
    How is productivity?
    Thank you
