thinking about switching over to pre-payment only

    I had never thought about doing it this way. The only thing about this would be the work involved with the billing every two weeks instead of once a month.

    This thread has gotten my back up about a couple cronic late paying customers. I've got to get on them this fall.

    Well, the work involved really is not that much. I post/invoice all work the same day that it is done. If you have 10 customers or 100 customers, you have to bill them all at some point anyway. If minimal extra work creates a better cash flow like it has for us, I say it is worth the time. Good Luck.
