can you push snow with a walk behind?

I thought I saw some aftermarket blade attachment for a gravely but haven't seen any other manuf. offer anything other than a leaf blade.

Can you rig up a light-duty blade to a wb deck?:dizzy:

  2. I've seen ads with wb's with blade and chains though I've never seen one actually plowing snow.

thanks Bob, do you remeber where you saw the ads?

Now I can't find where I saw that Gravely attachment, maybe I dreamed it.

I saw an article about a large contractor who had made V-plows (to do sidewalks only) and replaced the decks of WB. Angle plow would not work because you would not be able to keep strait.

Gravely what? Tractor or mower? I have a Snow Dozer blade on my Gravely walk-behind tractor. 16 hp Kohler, dual wheels, it handles the snow quite nicely. If you have a mower, rather than a tractor, you can probably rig a smaller blade, a scraper blade, to it.

Bushhogboy, made one for his W/B. I tried to find the picture, but couldn't.
