    I just had to share. I don't know if I should laugh or just what.

    I hired a guy, I've known him since he was a kid. He's would be a great asset but instead he's got a major problem. Being late and full of excuses.

    So without getting into why I've given him way too many chances. What he did today is the best.

    He got paid yesterday. He knows the schedule for today. Complete makeup day. He text'd me this morning, said he has his daughter, his soon to be exwife abruptly dropped her off. Which is BS I assure you so I called him and he told me he could bring the 5 year old with him. "She can wait in the truck or ride with him on the Z"

    ;) your fired.
