This wall has problems.

    Have these guys come in and knock some steel into the ground. I have seen people make foundations from this stuff. I am sure it's out of the question but it is what came to mind when you guys were talking about how to fix a failing wall without totally demolishing the old one and starting new. If you installed the steel in front of the old wall you could leave the old crap in there or remove it without the worry of it collapsing. Then you could face the steel with whatever you wanted. Just a thought.
