    The tennis court is whats called a hydro court. There are perforated PVC pipes run underneath the clay and they drip water out of them, this keeps the surface damp.

    Yes but it is not pressurized it uses toilet/pool fill style float valve to maintain a certain level

    Right, the auto fill controls the supply to the perforated pipe. The term level is correct as there is no measureable pressure on the perforated pipe.
