It has come to my attention that alot of lawnsite members use 60$ per hour on the job to estimate most always. What if you have a crew that is doing this work like a 2 man crew, now what do you charge? or perhaps you and an employee? Does knowing that you have employees change your estimate for a commercial or residential property?

Well Husky this is very simple
One man for One hour = $60
Two men for One hour = $120
$60 That people refer to is per man per hour. (In most cases)

There are actually 3 duiffernt ways you can bid a site:
by the acre -- by the sf/lf -- and by the hour

The only real adjustment to the rates comes into play wirth shrub work:shrubs
