    Anybody here had any experience with TifBlair. I'm thinking about seeding it during a lawn renovation.

    Good luck with the seeding...I've wasted money twice on that venture. Just suck it up and lay the sod. A number of golf courses around the southeast have replaced their bermuda with tifblair recently because it thrives in low-grade sandy soil conditions with thicker blades than standard centipede.
