Having a slight problem.... The spring that tensions up the pulley on the deck keeps flying off when I engage the blades, once and sometimes twice a day... I see the bolt that the spring fastens to has an adjustment, can I move it up a notch without putting too much tension on the belt????

I have mine on middle hole, with no problems. Which one is yours on? Mine used to be on hole neared front (makeing it tighter) and I had problems also. But changed it now to middle and fine. The dealer actually changed it to tightest position for the bagger fan.

Thanks... Mine is currently on the hole the furthest back, will try the middle position...

Talk to your dealer, there should be an upgrade pully kit to fix that problem. I recently had mine fixed, that belt coming off is a pain. They charged me 0 dollars as they are aware of the problem.

Make sure your blade bolts are not too tight, and that your deck is clean underneath.
