My left side is a fairly tight and its causing me to leave some swirl marks on soft turf, what do I need to do to loosen this up????

My left side going into reverse is a joke! I have to bull it with a mighty pull to get a response. Dealer said they take some time to loosen, but something is not right. I would like to know of a fix as well.

YES, left side going in reverse is the worst, then when I want to go foward it often sticks something fierce...I only have 22 hours on the machine so perhaps it will get better, though right now it seems to be getting worse..

Mine had 160 hours and did not loosen. It seemed like a mechanical flaw. Well thanks to your post yesterday, and my anoyance, I sprayed that area where the handle connects to the rod going to the hydro pump with some (lots) good quality penatrateing oil..... And it is better then the right side now. It works like a dream, and thanks for posting the question, it made me do something about the problem.

Hope it works for you too
