A local discount store has these hand tools. Stainless steel shovels, pitch forks, etc. for $15. 21" bypass loppers for $8. Is Tiller and Rowe any good, or would I be getting what I pay for?

Stainless steel? COOL! I have never heard of the brand name, but at the price, you can't go but SO wrong. I would buy one tool you use a lot(like a pointed shovel for planting)to try them out.

We have purchased 3 of these nozzles and had to return All 3. The garden tool shovel spade and such items are a Great Value. Just stay away from anything with a moving Part or Sprays water, Unless you like taking a bath while you water
