I am tilling my fescue lawn in order to put down some zoysia. Any tips on getting it done right. I have rented a dingo and have gone over it a couple of times and I am cutting roots every time. I sprayed my fescue but it had not died completely. It seems that the grass is not causeing an smooth till. Any advice or tips?

its best to completely kill everything first, then mow it real short then, scrap off the roots
